Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA Notification, you may file a counter-notification as permitted under 17 U.S.C. §512(g). A valid counter-notification must include all legally required elements.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. The updated version becomes effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise noted.

دفاعیه در برابر اعلان

کاربری که محتوای او حذف شده است می‌تواند دفاعیه (Counter-Notification) مطابق با DMCA ارائه کند. دفاعیه باید شامل تمام موارد قانونی باشد.

درصورت دریافت دفاعیه معتبر، ممکن است آن را برای شاکی اصلی ارسال کنیم.

تغییرات خط‌مشی

این خط‌مشی ممکن است در هر زمان به‌روزرسانی شود. نسخه جدید از زمان انتشار لازم‌الاجراست مگر خلاف آن ذکر شده باشد.
